Currently under construction, the Integrative Practitioners Network is a tool that will provide easy access to information on integrative medicine providers in Vermont.  This network will be used by doctors, practitioners and anyone who is searching for information on a specific health related condition.

We are very excited about this project. It has great potential for knitting together the somewhat scattered community of doctors and practitioners who are seeking to integrate modalities for the health of their patients.   It will also be used as an educational tool keeping doctors and providers current on the latest research in the expanding field of integrative health care.

Our Integrative Health Network will remove the barriers that block communication and limit access to trained and qualified providers in our area. It will improve communication, generate trustworthy referrals and be inquiry driven and open to new paradigms of health.  Individuals will have immediate access to practical information about their condition from a variety of disciplines and will be empowered to explore health care decisions with their providers.
